COMET AND BLITZEN PRANCE INTO EDINBURGH FOR FESTIVE SEASON
Sleighbells are ringing in the Stockbridge, Edinburgh with the opening of festive pop-up bar Comet & Blitzen, as the Christmas themed venue gets set to launch this Thursday(17 November).
Based in the old bank building on North West Circus Place, Edinburgh locals and tourists will be treated to a beautiful open-fire festive hideout with a unique offering of fondue, Christmas themed small-plates, delicious cakes from local baker’s Twelve Triangles and fine coffee from Artisan roast. A range of craft beers and wine will also be on offer at the Stockbridge bar, which will be open in the heart of Edinburgh’s New Town for the remainder of 2016.
Founder Michael Ford explained,
“Our produce is largely from Edinburgh based suppliers to showcase the talent this city has to offer.”Co-founder Jamie Reid added, “We felt it was important to offer something new to excite people in Edinburgh about Christmas. We are offering fantastic food and drink in a warm setting as an alternative to a trip to the Christmas market.”
