This time last year I was searching for someone or somewhere to do some cocktail making and tasting all at a reasonable price. After much searching, I found Social Cocktail. We had hired an apartment on Waterloo Place and they brought the cocktails to us, the bar, glasses, barman and alcohol. All we had to provide was the ice.

So with 14 of us all gathered, the cocktails started flowing. First off we were all made a bellini and with that polished off quickly, it was our turn to start making the cocktails, with prizes offered for the best shaker and maker, it was all good fun. With 6 cocktails to work our way through, it was a great afternoon and our host was great. Much better having it in the comfort of your own home and definitely less costly then some of the bars around town.
However, that was back in 2016. With the arrival of 2017 the guys have launched some new cocktails.

Blueberry Sour
Due to popular demand, Social and Cocktail have decided to add a Gin Cocktail to their Popular Menu in the form of the Blueberry Sour. This is a concoction of Scottish Gin, Blueberry puree, lemon juice and sugar syrup, muddled with fresh blueberries.
Pomegranate Mojito
This cocktail is a spin on the mint-and-lime classic containing pomegranate puree and seeds. This is a light, bright and delicious cocktail with a handful of antioxidants thrown in for good measure.
